starting your holiday

Starting your holiday
Our cottage books Friday to Friday, with the possible exception of Christmas and New Year. Short breaks where available from Friday to Monday weekend let, and Monday to Friday mid week let.
All holiday lettings commence at 3pm onwards on the day of arrival and terminate at 10am on the day of departure. The house should be left in a clean and tidy condition when leaving. And keys left where found. Will send you full access details before you stay.
If you do arrive before 3 pm you can leave your luggage at the house and have a wander around the garden, or the village of Betws Y Coed until 3pm, we know holidays are very exciting but we are keen to ensure the accommodation
meets all your expectations in relation to cleanliness and attention to detail and it will take until 3pm to do this.
Arriving late is not a problem. We would ask you to leave the cottage by 10am, we do not expect you to clean
but to leave the accommodation in a reasonable state.
