Terms and Conditions
Weekly lets at Cae Du run from Saturday to Saturday, with the
possible exception of Christmas and New Year during the year 2010.
2011 lets, either 7, 3, or 4 day, run from Friday to Friday, Friday
to Monday and Monday to Friday.
All holiday lettings commence at 3.00 pm on the day of arrival and
terminate at 10.00 am on the day of departure.
The rent is fully inclusive of all heating, electricity, bed linen
duvets and towels.
We will accept up to 2 pets in the party of up to 12 persons.
Any damage made to the property or contents by you or your party
must be drawn to out attention. We reserve the right to make a reasonable charge
for any damage caused.
If available we will reserve your requested letting dates
immediately on your verbal or written instruction and send you either by e mail
or standard mail the booking form which must be returned by standard post signed
together with your deposit within one week to secure your dates.
A deposit of 10% of the total rent is payable at the time of
booking. The balance is payable eight weeks prior to the commencement of the
holiday.
If the booking is made less than eight weeks before the commencement
of the holiday, the total rent is payable at the time of booking.
Upon payment of the deposit, and subject to our acceptance of the
booking, you accept a legal obligation to pay the balance of the total rent. You
are, therefore, advised to obtain separate holiday cancellation insurance. Once
the deposit or total rent has been paid, no refund will be made.
Payments can be made by either cheque to T. Carter or electronic
bank transfer, if you prefer the later we will email you with the details.
A few weeks before your booked date we will send you access and
location details together with some useful information about Cae Du.
Our mailing list is operated in accordance with the terms of the
Data Protection Act.
We will not disclose your details to third parties and we
promise to remove your details on request.
